ABOUT SOMATIC SHAKING™

This practice works through 3 progressive steps: Dynamic, Neurogenic, and Kundalini.

You begin with Dynamic Shaking — intentional movement to release tension and activate the body. Then the system shifts into Neurogenic Shaking — natural, involuntary tremors that discharge what’s stored. Finally, the process opens into Kundalini — deeper energetic activation through the spine.

This is a natural mechanism. Animals do the same to discharge stress and excess energy — after stillness or intense moments like escaping a predator. Your body already knows how to do this.
