By accessing this website, creating an account, purchasing a product, booking a session, joining a class, workshop, course, membership, program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website, purchase our products, or participate in our services.

2. Products and Services

Somaticshaking.com may offer digital products and educational or personal-development services, including but not limited to:

private 1:1 sessions;
online or in-person classes;
workshops and group experiences;
courses and educational programs;
memberships and subscriptions;
e-books and written materials;
audio and video materials;
meditations and guided practices;
digital downloads; and
other Somatic Shaking™ educational experiences and resources.

Digital products may be delivered through download links, email, membership areas, third-party platforms, or other electronic means.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the relevant product page, no physical goods are shipped.

Specific conditions displayed on a booking, product, program, membership, or checkout page form part of these Terms.

3. Educational and Wellness Nature of Services

Somatic Shaking™ services, practices, classes, sessions, programs, courses, and materials are intended for educational, wellness, personal-development, and self-exploration purposes.

They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, physiotherapy, diagnosis, or a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care.

Nothing provided through this website should be interpreted as medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other licensed professional advice.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original content available through somaticshaking.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, branding, logos, photographs, videos, audio recordings, exercises, practices, course materials, written materials, educational frameworks, and Somatic Shaking™ materials, is owned by or licensed to Adrian Băjenaru / Somatic Shaking™ and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a product or participating in a service does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to you.

You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, commercially exploit, record, teach, or create derivative commercial materials from protected content without prior written permission, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.

5. Personal License

When purchasing digital materials, courses, recordings, or other protected content, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal use only, unless a different license is expressly provided in writing.

You may not share login credentials, course access, recordings, downloads, or paid materials with other individuals.

Participation in a Somatic Shaking™ class, course, workshop, or program does not by itself grant permission to teach, certify others in, commercially reproduce, or represent yourself as an authorized practitioner or teacher of Somatic Shaking™.

6. Payments

Prices are displayed on the relevant product, booking, checkout, or program page.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may also apply to transactions processed through their platforms.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Where recurring memberships or subscriptions are offered, the applicable price and billing frequency will be disclosed before purchase. Unless otherwise stated, recurring subscriptions continue until cancelled according to the cancellation conditions presented at purchase.

7. Digital Products and Refunds

Because digital products may provide immediate access to downloadable, streamed, recorded, or otherwise electronically supplied content, purchases of digital products are generally final once access or delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law.

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, including duplicate payments, technical errors attributable to us, or where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

8. Sessions, Classes, Workshops and Live Services

Bookings for private sessions, classes, workshops, programs, or other scheduled services reserve time or capacity specifically for the participant.

Unless different conditions are clearly stated on the relevant booking or program page:

cancellations or requests to reschedule should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled starting time;
requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be eligible for rescheduling, subject to availability;
cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be non-refundable;
failure to attend without prior notice (“no-show”) may result in the session or booking being considered used and non-refundable;
late arrival does not necessarily extend the scheduled ending time.

If Somatic Shaking™ cancels a paid scheduled service and a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, the participant may choose between rescheduling or receiving a refund for the cancelled service.

Different cancellation conditions may apply to retreats, special events, multi-session programs, memberships, courses, or other offerings where those conditions are clearly communicated before purchase.

9. Memberships, Subscriptions and Programs

Memberships, subscriptions, multi-session packages, and ongoing programs may have specific rules concerning duration, attendance, renewal, cancellation, access to materials, and missed sessions.

Where specific terms are displayed before purchase, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Failure to attend scheduled classes or activities included within a membership or program does not automatically create a right to a refund or extension unless otherwise expressly stated.

10. Participant Responsibility

Participation in Somatic Shaking™ practices and services is voluntary.

You are responsible for deciding whether a particular practice, exercise, class, session, or program is appropriate for you.

You agree to respect your physical and emotional limits, stop participating when necessary, and seek appropriate professional assistance where relevant.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, physical participation, and use of information obtained through this website or our services.

11. Results and Testimonials

Individual experiences and results vary.

Testimonials, participant experiences, educational explanations, or descriptions presented on this website illustrate individual experiences and do not constitute guarantees that another participant will experience the same outcomes.

No specific physical, psychological, emotional, financial, relational, spiritual, or other result is guaranteed through the purchase or use of any Somatic Shaking™ product or service.

12. Recordings and Privacy During Live Services

Participants may not record, photograph, livestream, reproduce, or distribute private sessions, classes, workshops, group calls, or other live services without prior permission.

Where Somatic Shaking™ intends to record a session, class, workshop, testimonial, or event for educational, archival, promotional, or commercial purposes, participants will be informed where appropriate and any consent required by applicable law will be obtained.

Participants are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other participants in group environments.

13. Accounts and Access

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activities conducted through your account.

Account access is personal and may not be transferred or shared unless explicitly permitted.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where these Terms are materially violated, including unauthorized sharing, reproduction, abusive conduct, fraudulent activity, or misuse of protected content.
