Postures
Foundational postures for different directions of the body

Origin posture
Used as the first posture, where the body returns to its natural ground before deeper activation, release, or expression.
It supports orientation, safety, breath awareness, and the first movement from existential fear toward essential love. Used especially while you are shaking from the sacral area.

Grounding posture
Used when the body needs to feel the ground, organize its weight, and come back into a stable sense of presence.
It supports nervous system regulation, inner safety, and the feeling that the body can finally arrive here.

Cross posture
Used when the body needs to integrate opposite directions, sensations, emotions, or inner movements. Also it's opening the heart and the chest area.
It supports containment, balance, and the crossing point between activation and surrender.

Expansion posture
Used in neurogenic or bioenergetic sessions, private work, trainings, and intensive group processes.
It supports body activation, breath opening, and the movement of energy through the system.

Surrender posture
Used mainly in static sessions, where the body enters a process of surrender, release, and deep regulation.
It supports the release of unprocessed emotions and consciousness patterns held in the body.

Unmask gesture
Unmask gesture is not a posture, but a somatic gesture used when the body is ready to express what has been hidden, held back, or protected.
It supports emotional truth, visible expression, and the release of old masks carried through the nervous system.
