Day 1
Arrival, Grounding, Opening The Field
Settle into the space, arrive in the body, and begin the retreat with orientation, nervous system landing, and gentle opening practices.
Day 2
Trek To Uffington White Horse
The second day includes the trekking experience to Uffington White Horse, giving the retreat a wider sense of movement, landscape, and integration.
Day 3
Release, Regulation, Inner Work
Neurogenic shaking, dynamic shaking, nervous system reset, qigong, inner child healing, and deeper subconscious exploration.
Day 4
Systemic Integration & Closing
Systemic constellation, completion, reflection, and a clear closing arc that helps the work land in a grounded and coherent way.
