Practice Framework

The kundalini shaking
Meditation Template

In this meditation method, neurogenic-kundalini shaking is not forced, it is invited. We begin with a few minutes of dynamic shaking to mobilize the body, increase circulation, and gently open the muscular and energetic system. This way is ancient and yet, new. In Tantra, practicioners are observing the subtle movements of the energy in the body. It's ancient because it's the starting point of many postures and path, it's new because it't beyond any 'method' and needs re-learning.

01

Dynamic Preparation

We start with voluntary movement to wake up the system and create enough internal mobility for the tremor response to emerge naturally. Focus on the base of the spine.

02

Kundalini Current

Sit down on a chair or use any meditation pose. Watch the spinal waves ascending and let your body move accordingly.

03

SPONTANEOUS MOVEMENT

As the body begins to respond, the process shifts from doing to allowing, letting the spinal currents flow subtle on the spine. Let the body move by itself.

04

Energy Healing Intent

Allow your palms to rest gently on the part of your body that carries the discomfort, and bring your attention fully into that contact, sensing the warmth, the pressure, the subtle exchange that begins to unfold.

Each posture creates a different entry point. The method remains consistent, while the pathway adapts intelligently to the body’s needs. As spontaneous movement unfolds, it generates a coherent and increasingly powerful field of energy, one that expands naturally and moves toward integration. The deeper purpose of this process is unity, a return to a felt sense of oneness within the organism and, by extension, with everything around it. Yet this unity emerges through differentiation first, through bringing awareness to each distinct part of the body, each sensation, each layer of tension, much like a symphony where every instrument must find its place before the music becomes whole.
