It was a real pleasure to work with Adrian, his technique somatic shaking is life changing. The energy of the group was also full of love and and expanding. First of all, I thank God that you appeared in my path ✨ You are wonderful, Adrian. You radiate and share so much love, wisdom, and generosity. I don’t even have the words to thank you for these days in which I discovered so much ❤️🙏

I learned to look more within myself, at my emotions, my thoughts, my physical body, and to truly work with it. I learned about feminine energy, masculine energy, and sexual energy, what they really mean and how they function. I learned to stop judging the people around me. For what happens in my life, I am the only one responsible, not others.

I discovered my blockages and what I need to heal. So much, in such a short time, with busy days and many challenges. This course came at the perfect moment, exactly when I needed it.

You reminded me of the infinite love and power of God that also lives within me. Because of that, I was able to place my worries in His hands — and some of those worries were literally resolved. I’m serious, even in these very days. 🙏

I was also able to see my flaws (it’s hard to face them) and how rigid I am in relationships and in daily life, not only my relational patterns are rigid.

After this course, I am integrating some of the practices I learned into my daily routine. I’m trying to feel more than think, to love more, to heal what needs healing, to discover my true self. And for that, I know for sure that you, Adrian, can help me a lot. I will reach out again for guidance, you should know that! ❤️

I feel called to express my joy 🤍 for everything I received through Adrian during the 7 days we spent together. I wanted to strengthen my connection with God and to create a balance between my feminine and masculine energies.
